WHAT WILL YOU DO? 
Your tasks and responsibilities include: 

• Cleanliness of Front of House areas and hotel rooms: Together with your team, you ensure that all areas are immaculate every day. You lead by example, actively working alongside your team while monitoring progress and quality. 
• Team leadership: Alongside the Housekeeping Manager, you train new employees and guide them in their development. 
• Team supervision & scheduling: When the Housekeeping Manager is absent, you act as the main point of contact and assist with staff planning in cases of shortages or illness. You ensure that quality is maintained through effective daily planning based on hotel occupancy and task distribution. 
• Quality control: You help ensure that all team members follow the hotel’s cleaning protocols and hygiene standards. You provide guidance to improve skills and optimize performance. 
• Stock control & ordering: You are responsible for managing inventory and coordinating necessary orders with suppliers, such as the linen service.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in hospitality or cleaning services. 
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is highly preferred but not required; additional languages are a plus). 
• A team player who values collaboration, fosters a positive work environment, and believes in the power of teamwork. 
• Solution-oriented mindset: you think in possibilities, not problems. 
• A hands-on mentality and willingness to go the extra mile. 
• Flexibility: shifts also take place on weekends.
